The Journey from SIGMA+ to Cogniflux

For over 20 years, we’ve been at the forefront of professional learning and capacity building in India. What began as SIGMA+ — a commitment to bringing together the best knowledge resources to build capabilities — has evolved into Cogniflux Training & Consulting Pvt Ltd.

The name Cogniflux represents our core philosophy: a continuous flow of knowledge and cognition that transforms individuals, teams, and organizations.

Founded by Manoj Patil, an eminent practitioner with 30+ years of experience across social, corporate, and government sectors, Cogniflux has handholded countless stakeholders through their establishment, growth, and transformational journeys.
